Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Hamari Dukan. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

The following items cannot be returned:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or any other customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return procedure.
