Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to product unavailability, incorrect customer information, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Peshawar: 1–2 business days

  • Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Any promotional offers, such as free shipping, will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most areas of Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in future order restrictions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address or contact number is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, Hamari Dukan is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please provide your order number along with photos of the package and product (if damaged). We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
